Christ Community Ministries has been affiliated with Calvary Ministries, Inc. International since 1995 and became a full member in 2004.

CMI is a fellowship of over 100 churches and 300 ministers, which was founded by Dr. Paul E. Paino in 1973. Their headquarters is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

CMI provides churches with pastors, ministerial training, guidelines, and guidance. They also offer conferences, a worldwide missions program, and assistance in the establishment of churches.

There are three churches in Southwest Florida affiliated with CMI International: Lighthouse Fellowship in Cape Coral, Next Level Church in Fort Myers, and Christ Community Ministries in Estero.
